You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree not to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe any intellectual property or other rights of noinspo or third parties; (c) transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems; (e) use automated means to scrape or overload the Service without permission; or (f) resell or redistribute the Service or content in a manner inconsistent with the Service's intended use. Fees for subscriptions, tokens, downloads, or other offerings are as displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. Digital content and access are delivered upon purchase; by completing a purchase you acknowledge that you have received the product and that noinspo has no obligation to provide a refund. Chargebacks or disputed payments may result in account suspension. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your transactions.
The Service and its content (including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, and software), other than user-generated content, are owned by noinspo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership. Content made available for download through the Service may be subject to separate license terms from creators; you must comply with those terms. You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant noinspo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and display such content as necessary to operate the Service.
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NOINSPO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. NOINSPO DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR THE ACTIONS OF USERS AND THIRD-PARTY CONTENT ON THE SERVICE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NOINSPO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL NOINSPO'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO NOINSPO IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES; IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless noinspo and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms or any law; (c) your violation of any third-party right; (d) any content you submit or transmit through the Service; or (e) any dispute between you and another user or third party. We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, at your expense.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive termination.

Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, or agency between you and noinspo.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which noinspo operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. You waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action to the extent permitted by applicable law.
